While conducting our first usability test in 1996 we realized the importance of glimpsing the user's experience of a Web site by observing them as they used the site. Since then we have explored different research techniques to determine which achieves the best information for different audiences and applications.

We’ve developed a deep understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the online environment by working closely with the talented designers and programmers at SpectraCom Inc. Coupling this with our understanding of the target audience’s perspective gained through research, we’re able to provide detailed analysis to help developers implement an effective site. Our reports provide actionable design and development information that can be utilized immediately.

We have our own usability lab at our Milwaukee office to use to pre-test research instruments or in instances where the Milwaukee market is appropriate for client projects. We also have access to a variety of facilities nationwide.
